Comments about TheraTears Drops, Contact Lens Comfort, .34 fl oz: I had high hopes for TheraTears for Contacts. So many good reviews. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the product. Using it as directed before putting in my contacts is a pain because the bottle and dropper refuse to cooperate. I have to use two hands to get one lousy drop to come out which is impossible if I'm using it right before putting contacts in. And when adding drops later after the contacts have been in a while also takes two hands and lots of squeezing just to get a drop out. I have used many different brands of re-wetting drops but never encountered this much frustration from a dropper bottle. As for the product itself, I found using it to put in contacts makes mine (Acuvue Oasis) extra slippery and unhelpful. Using it when the contacts have been in a while does moisturize, but the effects only last an hour at the most. Pros

Comments about TheraTears Drops, Contact Lens Comfort, .34 fl oz: I use this product at least 2 times per day, often more during growing seasons. It is extremely gentle and the only product I've found that doesn't burn the eyes. Pros

Comments about TheraTears Drops, Contact Lens Comfort, .34 fl oz: I began wearing contact at 65 and in the 2 years since then have tried a number of products and really feel this works best for me. I put a drop in each eye and one in each contact before inserting; and my eyes are usually fine until I take them out at night. If I've been in unusual conditions, (windy beach, etc.) I will add a drop to my eyes during the wearing time. Pros

Comments about TheraTears Drops, Contact Lens Comfort, .34 fl oz: I use the product along with putting in my contact lenses every morning. Comments about TheraTears Drops, Contact Lens Comfort, .34 fl oz: I love this...I was using Renu rewetting drops, but they don't keep my super dry eyes moisturized for too long, and I have to keep reapplying. I've also tried Refresh liquigel eye drops, and the gel formula was just too thick. It all settled around my bottom lid and usually ended up leaking out...this stuff is a perfect medium. It keeps my eyes super moisturized, but it's not so thick that it ends up dripping out the corners of my eyes. I would repurchase. Displaying reviews 1-8 ![]() |
