Deciided to try the TheraTears. After apx 3 weeks of regular use, I think we are seeing some results of my dry eye, not being so dry and irritated. Also using Optive eye lubricant durning the day. So be between taking the TheraTears and using the OPTIVe eye drops I feel the sypmtoms of dry eye lessening. I'm going to contunue using the Thera tears a while longer and hope to have a more experienced review after using it for 6-8 weeks. I like the product so far and will continue to use it for now. However, after just a day of using it, Thera Tears helped relieve my dry mouth, which nothing has been able to provide relief (I don't take medication for it), but I have used Biotene which did nothing to help with my dry mouth. Thera Tears Omega-3 has helped me. I strongly recommend this for those with dry mouth. I have suffered from it for three years and this is the first time I have felt relief. My mouth is now mostly moist.  Pros

Comments about TheraTears Nutrition Omega-3 Supplement with Vitamin E, Capsules, 90 ea: I have a long history of dry eye problems and not much luck with otc eye drops or the very expensive prescription drops commonly prescribed for dry eye. This is by far the best product I have found for dealing with the problem. The down side is that you have to take it faithfully every day for about 2 months before it works. another up side is that it has also eliminated my dry mouth. Other fish oil/omega 3 supplemnts don't work as well as this one made specifically for dry eyes. Pros

I tried Thera tears pills and immediately noticed a difference the next morning. I have already ordered three more bottles. The best.
