Initially, I started using Thera Tears for my dry eyes. However, after just a day of using it, Thera Tears helped relieve my dry mouth, which nothing has been able to provide relief (I don't take medication for it), but I have used Biotene which did nothing to help with my dry mouth. Thera Tears Omega-3 has helped me. I strongly recommend this for those with dry mouth. I have suffered from it for three years and this is the first time I have felt relief. My mouth is now mostly moist.

However, I have yet to experience relief for my dry eyes. I will heed the advice to take Thera Tears for the next few weeks to see if it's effective for dry eyes.

I have a long history of dry eye problems and not much luck with otc eye drops or the very expensive prescription drops commonly prescribed for dry eye. This is by far the best product I have found for dealing with the problem. The down side is that you have to take it faithfully every day for about 2 months before it works. another up side is that it has also eliminated my dry mouth. Other fish oil/omega 3 supplemnts don't work as well as this one made specifically for dry eyes.

I take this every day. Could feel that eyes are less tired and dry after a few days. I use the computer a lot. This is just great!

I did not experience any of the bad after taste so many other reviewer's complained about. Just drink plenty of water when you take the pills.
They helped my eyes feel much better, in fact I've practically quit using drops.

I suffer with dry tears and I tried all kinds of perscription and over the counter eye drops to no effect. I tried Thera tears pills and immediately noticed a difference the next morning. I have already ordered three more bottles. The best.
