This product makes my eyes feel refreshed and great. I still use it often when I wake up with a little "sand in my eyes". VS Most Liked Negative Review Cleans, but stings. This product STINGS! It has a menthol-y smell and feeling. Probably helps if you would like your eyelids to feel superclean, but I am going back to the Ocusoft. My eye dr. gave me some cleansing pads and I could not find the same product locally or on Drugstore.com, so this was to use "instead". I like it ok, but I actually like the pads better. It does a fair job for what it is and I don't regret trying it at all. I have a friend that uses it because she has frequent eye infections. He told me to use it twice a day, for two weeks, and then as needed. Directions were to leave it on for 1 minute then rinse off. Now I use it as needed, when my eyes feel "sandy" in the morning.

Comments about TheraTears SteriLid Eyelid Cleanser, 1.62 fl oz: I found this after searching for products that would relieve dry, burning eyes -- what turned out to be chronic blephretis. I use in the morning when I wake up with "gritty" eyes and as soon as I get home from work I make a beeline for Sterilid to effectively and easily wash off eye makeup and refresh my tired, often-burning eyes.
