Product is perfect for easing the pain of menstrual cramps. The only problem is that the adhesive doesn't stick as well as it should.

These things are a godsend, as I don't like to take pain relievers. As soon as I feel the first twinge, I slap one of these on, and the pain never develops or comes on strong. It saved my career the day I woke up in severe pain on the first day of my first job. I hobbled down to a drugstore, bought a box, and put one on in the ladies' room. I was able to work the whole day, and even forgot about having cramps. My only complaint is that the adhesive is pretty weak and the patch eventually falls off. I make sure to wear leggings, or something that I know will help hold it on. It usually stays hot long after the pain has gone, and I feel like I don't need it anymore.

I don't know how I lived before without these heat wraps. I used to get severe cramps for 1-2 days of my period, I'd be between going to the bathroom with nausea and diarrhea and curling up in a fetal position the entire time, screaming from the pain. Now my pain is even WORSE, I miss like 3-4 days of work (turns out I have fibroids). These heat pads have made a HUGE DIFFERENCE, they are easy and fast to put on, really reduce the pain, and certainly more convenient than what I used to do (put a hot water bottle on my stomach, and drink warm liquids). I'm allergic to a lot of medications so this helps a lot. I stock up on piles of them because often when I go to stores I can't find it on the shelf.

I wouldn't use this on every menstrual days, but for day 1-2 when the pain is unbearable, try this patch. It could aleviate the pain. Plus it's really easy to use & can last for hours.

I really love therm a care. It is a great product. It completely relives my menstrual pain. It frees me from relying on over the counter pain meds to relive my symptoms. I have VERY BAD cramps. I have cysts that make cramps really bad, but this product takes care of all the pain. It really is my miracle product.

I have a very hard time finding this product in my local stores and since I never am without them, I love being able to purchase them on drugstore.com.

I suffer from pretty severe cramps each month and I use this at bedtime and during the day. They allow me to go about my regular day as opposed to laying in bed with a heating pad on my stomach.

They get nicely warm without being too hot. I have sensitive skin and I have never,ever had any irritation issues and they truly do stay warm for 8+ hours.

There is something very soothing about them and because of how they are attached, they don't "get in the way".

My only wish is that they were sold in larger quantity packages!

Where have these been all of my life? And why aren't there billboards promoting them? :) I've suffered from severe cramps for years so badly that the one doctorI saw put me on meds that would block me from knowing I was hurting. I've been tested for all of the known issues that cause this problem and they were all negative. For the past few years, I've been using BC to reduce the number of periods I have to I can enjoy my life instead of dying once a month. I must say...these little babies WORK! By now, I normally have had a combo of pain pills and would be struggling to stay awake. I've had two midol (yes only TWO) and this heatwrap for the past three hours and I have no desire to kill myself from the pain. They cool a little when you're sitting too long but a walk down the hallway or to the ladies room gets them heated again. I must say, I'm very impressed. I agree with the others that they are a little expensive but this item will move from the luxury to necessity category in my book.
