My cat loves these treats, and he's extremely picky about treats. He's also diabetic, and since these are pure protein, they're a great way to reward him for taking his insulin shots. (I also sneak in a B12 supplement pill that he doesn't even notice.)

As for the product being processed in China, I e-mailed Three Dog Bakery and was pleased with the response. I was told that the treats are processed in an HACCP-approved human-quality facility with much higher standards than a pet food plant.

That's good enough for me.

I have an older cat who needs to be on a special dry food diet. I crush the treats into a powder to sprinkle onto her food to get her to eat it. She loves the taste!

All the cats and the kitten come running when they here the box being opened. I have used it for a reward after clipping a difficult cat's claws as well as a special treat for encouraging the cats and the dog to have their treats side by side.

They usually come running when I pull out the liner in the box! They're cats, so they never do anything all the time!

There was string running through the pieces of salmon. I didn't see it until my cat was having trouble chewing it and I was able to pull it safely out of my cat's mouth ( was not down the throat yet ---Please never pull something out or your cat's mouth if already part way down) I dumped the rest out of the package and pulled out several pieces and found more pieces of string. I was lucky I found it before my cat ate it. I tried calling the company , but could never get through. I tried this product because I always have bought Liv-a- Littles for my cats, and this was the same type of treat only less expensive. I'll stick with the liv-a-littles. I have never had a quality issue with their products. Also liv-a-littles are made here in the USA not in China as the We Pity the Kitties treat.

Our Siamese loves these treats. We give her one twice a day, once before we leave for work and once when we get home. She never lets us forget when it is time for one. I feel good about giving her these because they are dehydrated fish. They smell horrible (to people!) but she loves them.

gave to the kitties as a snack, they would not eat them. So the dog ate them, they made him sick :(
