In reading the other reviews, I was shocked to see peoples short-sightedness. I read it from cover to cover and yes, some of the techniques will be known already (if you've had an explorative sex life), but let's face it - millions of women are uneducated in this area and CRAVE this sort of information. So many women DON'T know enough about this subject and are thrilled there's a let's start with the fundamentals, "101" type of book. So while it may not be suitable for the advanced folks, it's definitely a fantastic book and I'm sure its helping many other women besides myself. So you pleasure seeking people, don't let those negative reviews sway you from giving it a shot - believe me, it's worth it!

well i thought that this book was going to give me new ideas and techniques to oral sex but the truth is my husband and i already do most if not all of what was written in the book, so i ended up giving it to a friend and she told me the same thing that she already knew most of wat was in the book : ( so sad what a waste of my money bought it b/c the reviews were good so i thought i would give it a try

If you really think you need help in this department, Sadie Allison's book might give guidance. It offers step-by-step hand and mouth techniques. None of them are new, and most of what she suggests comes naturally in a healthy and open sexual relationship. Some ideas are downright stupid, like shaving all his pubic hair (and she does mean ALL--front and back) off as part of foreplay. Sadie suggests being sober when you do this--I'm willing to bet this isn't most men's idea of sexual fun. Her useful tips could have filled five practical pages; the rest of the 142 pages is filler junk.

Book is funny but informative. Covers topics ranging from oral sex to rimming. I really thought it was just going to be about oral sex and was surprised at all the other info in the book. Even this old gal learned a thing or two! Pictures are wild, anatomically correct cartoon sex- did the artist draw those with a straight face?

After being married for 22 years, going through some marital difficulties and currently in couples therapy, I bought this book to spice things up a bit. I would highly recommend this book. I learned a few new tricks to oral pleasure, but what I was really happy to learn about was how to give pleasure only by hand. My first attempt pleased my husband so much that he climaxed VERY quickly. The text is easy to read and follow, illustrations done quite well. I recently bought another of her books, "Ride Em Cowgirl" sex positions book, and am enjoying this one as well, even though I just started reading it.

I bought this book for my wife as a joke. You see she is a very petite women and she was never good at giving oral sex, matter of fact she hated to do it. Well long story short, she read the book and followed some of the techniques....and she gave a [*] and it was the best I ever had in my life, I reached all new highs -- feelings that I never thought I could encounter. It was sooooo good I had to tell her to stop because I was about to pass out (no lie ladies, all true). Well my wife's self esteem on the oral issue has shot through the roof and she has gone from hating giving oral, to now loving it. Plus I enjoy it as well! What I bought as a joke turned out to be the best money I ever spent in my life!
