This is a good product. I do wish that more than 3 cleaning packets came with it though. If you have never used a washing machine cleaner like me, you need to use 2-3 just to start with to help. Overall, good product and it serves its purpose. I will be repurchasing in the future.

Just as easy to use bleach in the machine and save the money on this expensive product that seems to do very little.

I have used this item at least once a month for a number of years. Bleach water does not remove everything and this item does shine up the stainless steel drum. I do not think there is a down side to this product as it is very easy to use.

This is an o.k. product however the scent is horrible! I would not buy it again because it was so overwhelming when I used it that I was forced to open windows in my laundry room! I prefer unscented products and this definitely needs to be that way for me to buy it again. I wish Seventh Generation made a cleaner because all of their products are non-toxic and cruelty free. I doubt Tide is.

Use this product once a month and your washer always smells good. It will never smell of stale water.

IM sorry that I didn't read one of the other users comments before purchasing this product. If you have a front loader DO NOT put the powder in the poweder dispenser as it will not completely disolve and you will be left with a lumpy mess in the dispenser. It is NOT an HE powder. I had to remove the dispenser and clean it out and run the machine againg to make sure there was no chemical residue left over. I am actually very surprised at Proctor and Gamble as usually their products are excellent.
I have used Affresh in the past and it does a fantastick job...so for now I will stick with that.

I read the directions on the label for a front loader and It recommended putting the powdered soap in the pull out tray and set the machine to normal-hot water. I knew this was wrong, because it's not high efficiency soap, but i did it anyway. After the machine was done i opened the tray to find a messy clump of undesolved powder.

I then set my machine to basket clean and after it cleaned the mess was gone. Bottom line is don't follow the instructions for front loaders that use he detergent. Instead set the washer to basket clean.

I love this. My Service agreement company came by for a maintenance check. They suggested that I buy their product to clean my washing machine. I went online and found this. It is reasonably priced and it smells good.
