I suffer from adhesive capsulitis, meaning my shoulders hurt. Before physical therapy, rub this Ultra TIger Balm in to create some warmth. The smell is of clove oil, which you either like or not. I like it. It is more liquid than Vaseline, but similar in texture. You rub it in, and part of the therapy is the rubbing, so don't expect instant absorption. Also, the heat doesn't start right away. You will be surprised by the slowly gathering heat. It takes a few minutes. I love this stuff.

Tiger Balm Ultra in the large tin is the best product I have found for relieving muscle aches and sprains. It helps almost instantly! My whole family loves it, and we use it whenever we have an ache or pain. I recommend it to any one with joint or muscle pain.

I use tiger balm for everything from headaches, neck & shoulder pain, leg cramps, backache, even as a chest rub to ease congestion. It does have a smell that everyone may not like, but I like it I find it soothing.
I will always have tiger balm in my medicine cabinet!

I absolutely believe in Tiger Balm. I've used it from the small jar and from the tube. BUT, after a couple of weeks I still am unable to open this tin, maybe this packaging needs to be revisited???

As I tried to say above, I have scolosis in 2 places in my back. Since everything is out-of-line, it is painful as the muscles try to compensate. Tiger Balm helps relieve tight muscles.
