I've been using Hard Head for years and it's GREAT. I have extremely thick, straight (and very heavy) hair but I roll it every day. This spray is one of the best for holding the curl all day and all evening (even in the extreme humidity of SE Texas). When I get out of bed in the morning, my hair still looks good! Of course I wash it right away, but I could get away with not doing so every other day or so ... I highly recommend this hairspray to all my friends.

I think this product works okay but I don't think it is worth the money. It is a little pricey for just being an okay product. I also tried John Frieda Volume Hairspray around the same time as this product. I think the John Frieda works better and it cheaper. Also, it creates a bit more volume. It is a fine mist and does hold nice with fine thin hair like mine. They both dry fast and hold your style. In my opinion I would still give it a try and see how it works with your hair.

I use to love, love, love this hairspray, but unfortunately over the past year or so I noticed that it just did not hold my hair in place like it use to. I even contacted the company to ask if the formula had changed, but they said it had not. I can definitely tell you that this product does not work well now.

Been using this product for years. It holds and combs out without residue, dryness or residue. Have tried many other expenisve alternates, but this works best on my fine hair in Seattle moisture/humidity!

I spray just a little bit of this on to my short hair after working in some pomade and my hair stays PERFECT all day long! I was a little sad that it barely smells any better than Aquanet, but performance wise, it really can't be beat. My hair gets locked into a style for the whole day, but I can still run my fingers through it. I've never gotten any of the white residue the other reviewer talks about, but I wash my hair daily because I have noticed that since I've added this hairspray to my routine, my hair does feel like it's got a pretty big build-up of gunk on it by the next day.
