After just a few uses, my curls were so flat and so much frizzier. Like every other conditioner I have ever used, I left this on in the shower for 5-6 minutes. Usually when I rinse, my hair is so soft. But, this conditioner made my hair feel so dry like I had just scrubbed it with a harsh detergent. Don't waste your time and money! The hair on the top of my head is not as curly as the rest, and is always a problem, leaving me to have to put a few rollers in to give it some height. Curls Rock made a world of difference, it is now just as curly as the rest of my head. I tried not using it one time to see if it was not just that my hair had changed, but without the Curls Rock, it definitely was not as curly. I am hooked on this product.
