I had an embarassing and extremely itchy fungal infection under my breasts and on my groin (chafing, as it's called). I could not get rid off it, even with using talcum powder to absorb excess sweat. I was desperate and didn't want to have to go to the doctor, so I thought I'd try this product. It really seems to work. I've been using it twice a day since yesterday, and it's already healing drastically. This is a good product that I will definitely keep around the house from now on.
I have always had tough athlete's foot...and I mean for years on and off. Tinactin works if you really need it, and has been recommended by doctors. Really easy to apply, soothing, but not big on healing cracks. This is good for the price, but I was spending so much on these products I finally switched to something different out of desperation: Aloe Vera Gel! Consider the slightly messy, all natural replacement that ALSO heals.
This is the only thing that I have found that clears up athlete's foot. I like it better in the cream than in the aerosol spray. The aerosol spray smells really toxic, and I'm not one to be adversely affected by aerosols.
Apply a thin layer over affected area twice daily (morning and night).
Supervise children in the use of this product.
For athlete's foot, pay special attention to spaces between the toes, wear well-fitting, ventilated shoes and change shoes and socks at least once daily.
Use daily for 4 weeks; if condition persists longer, ask a doctor.
To prevent athlete's foot, apply once or twice daily (morning and/or night).
This product is not effective on the scalp or nails.
