Things changed quick in my family once BOTH my parents were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I've been trying hard to get healthier ever since. I like that this drink is easy to use. I always carry water now and this makes water a lot less boring! I know it's not the same as actually eating all those veggies but every little bit helps. I'm lucky that I like the taste. I also have more energy and it seemed to help with my hunger.. i mean i still get hungry but not as often. Hence the weight loss.

One quibble: I wish this powder came in canisters or something like that. i prefer to use half a packet in a 20oz bottle. I tried it according to directions and the taste was too strong for me. I am very happy with half-strength but it's annoying to have to divide the packets, storing the not-yet-used half in a tiny tupperware!

Also want to mention that it settles easily and so you have to always shake it a bit before you drink. I'm not bothered by that but some might :)

I didn't care for the taste of this at first-it takes getting used to-Now, I use 1/2 a packet in 16 oz water & it's better. It is expensive also, so I probably won't buy again. While I was using this product, I did seem to get over a cold much faster-not sure if that's a coincidence or not, but I figure it couldn't hurt.

This stuff is REALLY good!! I wasn't really expecting this to be that great, but I was pleasantly suprised. Says to add 1/2 packet to 8oz or whole packet to 16 oz but I added whole packet to about 20oz glass of water-- cannot imagine drinking this in a more concentrated amount of water. I don't think should not be a subsitute for eating the real thing, but good for those days that you don't eat so great! :)

Just add 1 packet to approximately 8 fl oz bottled water, shake and enjoy. For 2 servings add 2 packets to 16.9 fl oz of bottled water. For best results take a couple drinks from a water bottle before adding packets.
