This is definitely a different scent. I got the mountain spring scent and there is still a unique hops smell. It's not overpowering, but it's noticeable. You still perspire a little, but odor is kept at bay. If you sweat a lot, this might not be the pick, but for a natural deodorant, this is a top choice. If you can take the unique scent, this does a good job at all day protection.

I use this product daily, but have to reapply midday. I work a desk job and therefore don't perspire much, but still have to reapply. It has a very nice smell and is worth the effort to reapply to not have all the bad chemicals that other products contain.

I have developed an allergy to virtually every name brand deodorant on the market. Tom's may not be the most effective deodorant in the world, but it does a pretty good job and does not give me rashes and a constant need to scratch. My favorite is lemongrass.

It isn't labeled as an antiperspirant but I wasn't expecting it to work as poorly as it did in even minimizing sweat. I guess I'm too used to commercial deodorants.

I've used a variety of ToM's aluminum & PG-free deodorants for almost two years, after I learned the ingredients of the deodorants I'd used in the past. The only complaints I ever had were the slightly messy residue it left under my arms, and the fact that it did a great job as an antiperspirant but not as much as a deodorant. With this product they've solved that problem. It also lasts much longer than previous iterations. I was never a fan of any scented deodorants, but that was because they all smelled way too strong. The Mountain Spring stick has a very subtle and pleasant scent and it's not nearly as messy when first applied, compared to ToM's older versions. A little pricey, as all of ToM's products tend to be, but definitely worth the expense.

brought 2 because i thought i was getting a good buy 1st order had to be returned because deodorant was opened and one had no cap. the order was replaced but i think the merchandize was old because deodorant was wet and messy ended up throwing it away. both of them. so i saved nothing
