It froths like crazy but doesn't have much substance. Even if I use only a little, I end up with a mouth overflowing with foam. It's so poor I almost wonder if they left an ingredient out or something. The kicker was when I came home from work with morning breath. Morning breath, at 6pm? This stuff needs help. A little sweet mint that makes you want to keep brushing. The flavor is great! Our 6 year old daughter prefers it over anything else, and she used to use the ToM strawberry for kids. Pros

The flavor is not as strong as most toothpastes, which is a little surprising the first time you try it, but you quickly get used to it. They have a number of different combinations, but I like this one that has antiplaque, anticavity, and whitening ingredients. I also prefer the paste to the gel
