I was really hoping that the proprietary "PharmaGABA" formulation would give this product an advantage over similar products. I was disappointed. I take one, sometimes two of these, when I wake in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. Although I can feel "something" working -- I can tell I've taken something -- it just won't put me back to sleep. The recommended dose is 1 tablet, so I'm leery of taking 3, but I wonder if that would do the trick? In that case though, that would make this a very expensive product for me!
One very positive feature is the quick dissolving tablets. They taste great and alleviate the need to keep water at the bedside. Not sure the sugar is a good idea for your teeth, though!
Maybe this product will work for someone who has much milder insomnia than I have!
Top Secret's Sleep is the real deal. I usually have a hard time winding down and falling asleep at night but this always does the trick for me. Once I heard about this product and gave it a try, I slept like a baby. Tastes so good too and melts in your mouth.
