I had tried everything to whiten my teeth but nothing worked. I tried strips, gum, other brands of toothpaste and nothing ever did what I needed it to do. When I tried Topol it started to work instantly. About a week after brushing with it I noticed my teeth started looking better and better. I've been using it for a year now and my teeth never looked better. I definitely recommend this product for anyone who's trying to remove nasty stains. I certainly didn't look like I'd "bleached" my teeth like some reviewer is claiming here; that appears to be a great exaggeration. However, I wouldn't use this again, because my teeth really started to hurt after brushing with this for a while. When I quit using it, my teeth stopped hurting. Topol is cheap, and it gets my coffee/tea-stained teeth pearly white. I don't even need to use whitening strips with Topol.
