I have severe leg and feet cramps at night that wake me when I am sleeping. I pour 4 packets into an 8 oz glass of nice cold water, stir well, and drink each evening before I go to bed. My leg and feet cramps have all but gone away...and I am noticing fewer and fewer attacks as time goes by...this product tastes really good. I have tried the Orange, Lemon-Lime and the Cranberry...and they are all very good ! I highly recommend this product.
