After reading "Stop aging, start living" I decided to take a "greens" supplement everyday. I chose this just because the author recommended one was not available at drugstore.com. It is awesome. I pour it in my glass and add cranberry juice - 1/4 of the glass. The I add water to fill the glass and mix well. It has a sweet berry taste. I did try it with just water to taste the flavor. It was very mild with a base flavor. I decided to go with the cranberry juice as a rule. This is the way to go. My skin looks great and I am pleased with my new find.
