I don't know if this helped with my split ends but I do know that after putting this on my hair it felt heavy and kind of greasy; and I had just washed my hair, too. I already felt like I needed another shower after using this. I tried this about 4 times before leaving it to sit in my bathroom. I may give it another chance, perhaps I wasn't using it correctly. But overall I'm not impressed with it.
