Honestly, I have only used this product once so far. However, the lather was really great and I think my hair looks much better (more volume). So far it seems like a great product, I hope it works!

Wow...this product was so bad for my hair. I used the shampoo and conditioner together. I can't particularly say the conditioner was that bad, but it didn't counter the really bad effects of the shampoo. I have super straight, fine, slightly thinning hair. The shampoo dried it out so much it became crispy. I've always had shiny healthy hair until this product. Now my hair is dry, not at all healthy looking, and the product didn't do anything it claimed. I would not advise anyone to use it. BTW, I also think it may strip the color out of your hair, but I'm not completely sure.

I bought this shampoo after reading the reviews on how it helps hair regrowth and washing DHT off the scalp. Well, first off, it really dries the hair. After washing, my hair feels "crispy". Not a good word to describe hair but it is so dry that it feels brittle. Secondly, I noticed even worse hair loss. I suffer from male pattern hair loss and most of the hair I drop are short. But after using this product, even the longer hairs start dropping. There is also a significant slow down on hair growth as I haven't visited the hairdresser for 4 months now. Even the hair at the side and back of my head also seems to stop growing after I started using this.

It is probably an isolated case but I really wonder why the shampoo is doing this to me.

I use this shampoo everyday. I've been using it for six months and I've noticed a difference, my hair is not falling as much as it used to before. My dermatologist recommended it and he said it was the best product out there for hair loss. I can't find anything bad about it. A little bit of shampoo goes a long way, leave it on hair for couple of minutes and wash it out with cold water.

My Dr recommended this after hair grafts because it's alcohol free. But he charged 50% more for the same product that I found on drugstore.com

My product arrived and because of loose packaging, it was open and half of it had leaked out. Very disappointed and no way of letting the company know so that I could get a refund or a new bottle.

Shampoo has a clean smell and hair feels squeaky clean after wash. I use it only twice a week, not everyday. Shampooing with any product daily dries out the scalp and deprives it of its natural oils.
I use the Tricomin conditioner after shampooing and it leaves the hair silky smooth.

I have bought 4 or 5 bottles of this shampoo. The copper turned my hair a beautiful color. New growth evident in 2 weeks. But, the new growth stayed stubbly, so my scalp was hidden, but my hair was still thinning. I added the conditioner, but that did not improve matters. I thought about adding the spritzer, but could not justify the cost of further experimentation. Now, I am trying a less expensive shampoo for thinning hair.
