It perks you up when you're feeling tired, peppermint helps with a slight stomach ache, breath freshener, retains moisture and flavor longer than any other gun I've chewed, whitens teeth (added benefit). VS Most Liked Negative Review These chicklets loose flavor fast I thought this was stick gum, doesnt say they are chicklets. Doesnt hold flavor and you need two to make a regular piece of gum. It has a refreshing, minty taste, is sugar-free, and contains a whitening ingredient as a bonus. I prefer gum to breath mints, and this gum is just right. I also like that this gum is not too strong, lasts a long time, is not too soft and comes in a handy foil sealed blister pack. Even though I have smoked for 17 years, my teeth are whiter than most everyone I know.
