Bought this for the supposed dental benefits and didn't notice that it has aspartame and acesulfame potassium, two artificial sweeteners, besides the xylitol. The xylitol has anti-cavity benefits, but some may wish to avoid the other two sweeteners. Flavor was OK, but it took 2 sticks to feel like enough. The tingly feeling lasted a very long time; the sweetness lasted a short time. Don't have any way to judge the dental benefits, but if you are going to chew gum and worry anout your teeth, it might as well be this. I wouldn't buy it unless you already are a gum chewer, though, as mineral depositing toothpastes probably work as well or better.
