Honestly, I did not expect it to work as well as it does. I thought my joint pain was cronic and would be with me from now on. This product had an almost immediate effect, and offers relief beyond my wildest expectation.
Before discovering this medication, I had developed so much joint pain that I could only climb stairs one at a time using the hand rail for support- and doing so was very painful in my ankles, knees, hip, and back. After my second day on this med, I realized that I was using stairs normally and with little or no pain. Now I go up and down stairs like I did 20 years ago.
(I'm 55 and have Arthritis and other problems from a lifetime of receiving injuries related to horse training and related activities.)

Have only used this one less than 2 weeks, so will have to wait to see if any other changes occur. Will probably go back to the 2 per day that did help me.

If you suffer from any type of joint pain, or inflamation, I would recommend trying this product. I have Osteoporosis, and for years relied on Osteo-Bi-Flex, but when this new product appeared approx. 4 years ago, I thought I would give it a try, lucky me. The 90 count is the one I use because, you get more of the ingredients you need.

I let my rotator cuffs not only tear, but way beyond that point and I had to take a prescription analgesic 4x a day to relieve (not take away) the grinding aches in my shoulders. Within weeks of starting Triglosomide, I have put my prescription bottle to the back of my medicine cab. I take 3 of the Triglosomide each morning and leave my tin of pain pills behind. I never expected this reaction. I'm an R.N. and my job involves a lot of pulling,and lifting. Even getting heavy charts down each night put my shoulders in agony. Now I can even throw a ball overhand without any discomfort. If they stopped making this product, my life would return to curtailing my activity and enduring the grinding aches I thought I had to live with. Thank you for this product.

I think these really have helped my knees. I am an avid runner and have stiffness/soreness on the stairs. You definitely need to take them daily, but you will see improvements.

I have only been taking this for two weeks. I stopped taking a suppliment that my chiropractor gave me to take at least 10 years ago. The suppliment worked, but not as well as I was hoping for. Trigosamine gives me back my strength and motion of movement. I hope that the longer I take it I will feel like I did years ago.

I am reordering Trigosamine for the third time and always get two bottles at a time. I am so grateful that I found this product. I too, read an article in a paper about it and tried it shortly afterward. It has helped me so much and relieved my mind about possibly having to have a second knee replacement. My second knee was giving me so much pain as I climbed steps and going down was just as bad. Today I have no problem at all. Also, I had been told that a shoulder replacement was the only answer for my upper arm. Now, I seldom have trouble unless I stress it. I highly recommend this for anyone with joint problems.

I take with 2 Naproxen Sodium and have no pain for at least 24 hours. My fingers have been my worst. The joints in my toes, while no noticeable pain ever, now will flex. I plan to continue with Trigosamine. Check back next year(1/2010).
