I originally bought this product to use on my excema-prone 2 yr. old. My hands get painfully dry in the winter so I tried it first. It is incredibly thick, so if you are using it on sensitive areas be prepared to rub. It leaves a very greasy finish and doesn't seem to soak in too well. I use it at bedtime and I'm sure my sheets wear more of it from it rubbing off. I truly had high hope for this product, but for my 2 year old, it seems the RX Hydrocortisone I put on him after his bath is still the only think to keep the excema at bay, and the moisturizer I've been using for his delicate skin is best.
Should they re-vamp this product to be a little less greasy and not so thick, I would gladly try it again!

My 8 month old son has eczema and we use this product on him religiously. It is great for his sensitive skin, is unscented and absorbs very quickly, without leaving a heavy, greasy residue. We don't need to immediately run to the sink to wash our hands, which is nice. Post application, it lasts for an average period. We do constantly reapply throughout the day, especially after baths.

I bought this for my 1 month old son who is suffering from baby acne/eczema. I suffer from dry cracked heals and decided to try it on my feet. I have tried every cream imaginable. This cream has dramatically changed the appearance of my heals. Finally I can wear sandals. Also has dramatically improved my son's skin.

My 7 year old has been battling eczema since birth. He has gotten better with age, but still has a few persistently troublesome spots. We have tried MANY products and used this one after a recommendation from family. He likes it, which is a plus. The nicest thing about it is the fact that it sinks right in--no greasy layer of goo to get all over your clothes and bedclothes. It seems to be working well and is saving us from using more steroids. I won't give up other products (one in every room of the house) but will definitely continue to go to this cream.

My son's had bad eczema since he was an infant. I've tried Aveeno, California Baby, Aquafor, etc., but THIS is the only thing that has effectively treated his eczema. Now he no longer has bloody scratch marks in the morning from scratching so hard at night and all rough, dry patches are gone, as are the bumpy 'chicken skin' on his stomach. His skin is SOFT AND SMOOTH as long as I use it twice a day. It takes a while to rub in, b/c you really have to rub it in, but it's not super greasy like Aquafor, which my pediatrician kept recommending (but did nothing for my son). Triple Cream is petroleum-based, however, although you really can't tell, and has oatmeal, too, which is one of the effective ingredients in Aveeno.

I heard about this product from a dermatologist on a morning talk show. It is great for very dry skin. I use it on my hands, concentrating on my cuticles. I use it on my feet, heel, knees, and elbows. It works on extremely dry skin . . . better than anything I've ever used. There is no unpleasant smell . . . hardly any smell at all. It is very thick and does not absorb quickly. You need to work it into the skin. MY HEELS ARE FINALLY SMOOTH! Use it liberally right before you crawl into bed. Love it, love it, love it. Try Triple Paste for a heavier, more concentrated version of Triple Cream.

I have bad eczema on my hands and most products I have tried are useless. Triple Cream stays on my hand thru washing and has made the eczema much better. No more cracking.
