I was amazed the first time I used this product immediately you can see improvement on the surface of the skin. I use this on my son, his eczema is not that severe but this works very well with the exederm control flare cream when he does have his breakouts. The most time I use this cream is after his baths, when he wakes up and before he goes to bed. Before I found out about this cream I was using Eucerin cream in a tube and I noticed when I was using this I had to use that on my sons skin several times throughout the day to keep it moisturized also it was messy and very thick. When I switched to premium triple cream I only have to use it twice and it's very effective. I recommend trying this cream.

I use this for myself. I have tried many creams, this is the best. I am over 50, live in a cold place, have Sjogrens which means dry skin, and I swim in a clorinated pool. This is the much better than any other cream I have used. But you need to leave about 10 minutes fot it to sink in, which is only to be expected with a heavy product like this. I think its pricey-but I will pay it.

I am 31 years old and have been battling eczema since 2005. I've tried a lot of creams and ointments from my doctor. It works sometimes but later gets worse. A friend of mine recommended Triple Cream. At first I thought it won't work on me like the others stuff I used before. But it does work! Haven't gotten dry, itchy skin and I can sleep well now. I love it!

Triple Cream is the best thing for dry skin of ANY kind. Regular cold weather dry hands, washing your hands too much dry hands and of course eczema, from babies to adult. I get one little patch of eczema every winter...this is my remedy as well as my grandchildren's eczema and I recommend it to parents of children with eczema in the daycare where I work. Get it, have it on hand and use it often. As mentioned in another review it's GREAT for your cuticles and nails too!

We use this twice a day for our son's eczema. Our goal was to eliminate the use of any steroids and this product has helped tremendously. We now only use steroids for his flares and are able to control everything else with this wonderful cream.

Although expensive, it's worth not having to use steroids daily on our young son.

Me and my Mom have Ichthyosis vulgaris which produces thick dry scales, cracking, tightness of the skin and we had been unable to find anything that would effectively treat it. Even prescription creams did little for this and were greasy. This is not greasy.

I was sceptical that this would help so I bought the small tube and sent it to my Mom - her skin is worse than mine and I figured that if it worked for her it would work for me. It did work! The scales are a lot less and the skin stays hydrated till the next day instead of just a few hours.

We were suprised to see actual healing. The skin is starting to look normal again. I cant say how impressed I am. I hope this helps other people with this awful skin condition.

I'm a quilter and stitcher and finally finding a hand cream that actually helps keep my fingers from cracking and drying out from handling fabrics and fibers is the best. While it's labled as an eczema care product, is is the best hand cream or lotion I have ever found. I use it daily and even washing dishes by hand does not alter its effectiveness. If you are a stitcher and don't want fingers that snag fibers, use Triple Paste Triple Cream.

This stuff lives up to the greatness of Triple Paste diaper cream, which I also love. My daughter has frequent eczema flare-ups on her bottom and the inside of her elbows. This really brings her relief without steroids and there's no scent or greasiness. It's the best I have found to clear up the rash quickly. I still do occasionally use another product with cortizone for very itchy flare-ups, but I prefer to use steroid-free on my little one when possible and this stuff is very effective.
