I started using Triple Paste on recommendation from a friend after my first child had recurring diaper rash that we couldn't get under control. We had tried EVERYTHING: Desitin (all versions of it), A&D, Boudreaux's Butt Paste, Aquaphor, etc. Because of the price, I purchased the small tube to try it out. Boy, did it make a difference! Within hours the rash looked much better, by the next AM, it was barely noticeable. Turns out my son had a milk allergy that was causing the rashes, but no other ointment was able to alleviate the symptoms like Triple Paste. My only complaint is the small-size tube is packaged poorly. You can't squeeze it to get the last bit of product out. I recommend cutting the top of the tube (flat part) to be able to access the last bit when you are about out. Now I don't even bother with the small size, I buy the 16 oz tub, then use refillable travel-size tubs for the diaper bag and day care, and for travel! I have used it faithfully since my now 3 year old was about 9 months old. I also have a 16 month old, and a baby on the way. I foresee a LOT of Triple Paste in our future :)

This is the only diaper cream i have ever found that helps quickly treat and relieve the pain of severe diaper rashes like the ones they get while on antibiotics. I can honestly say I will never buy any other kind. All the other creams burn and cause my baby to scream but this relieves the pain and starts working after the first treatment. Its worth every penny.

This cream works miracles. Within one diaper change, diaper rash is gone. Even the worst rash, with bleeding, healed quickly. I always keep this on hand.

Hands down, the BEST diaper cream out there. I have tried them all. Both my kids had chronic, persistent diaper rash despite frequent changings, fragrance-free wipes, using powder and cream at every change, etc. I found this product with my second child when his rash wouldn't clear up. It heals the reddest, angriest rashes overnight! Just slather it on after some powder and by morning the rash is gone. I now use this every day on my son and he never gets a rash - even when daycare fails to change him as often as he needs. I used this on my daughter too when she was potty training and it worked like a charm. Wish I would have found it when she was an infant - it would have saved us both a lot of pain. GET IT - this stuff is awesome!

My baby had a terrible diaper rash. We tried several creams and then tried this one after reading such glowing reviews. My baby's rash got much worse while I was using this product. It was as if she had nothing on. Her bottom got redder and redder within a few hours. I stopped using it. I just want to let other parents out there know that this one does not work well for ALL babies. I think that with diaper rash cream like so many other baby things, you need to find the one that works for your particular baby. For my baby, Boudreaux's Butt Paste is the only thing that is healing her bottom.

My daughter has had chronic diaper rash since she was less than two weeks old. After trying numerous other diaper rash creams (prescription and over-the-counter), the rash just woudn't go away. Finally, someone mentioned that there was a cream that you had to ask for behind the pharmacy counter that didn't require a prescription. I called the pharmacy & they didn't have anything like that, but told me Triple Paste was once a prescription cream and for a time it was carried behind the counter as an over-the-counter cream. We bought a small (2-oz)tube locally for a high $ and after several days using the entire 2-oz, the rash was pretty much gone! Now I keep the big 16-oz tub on hand and use it any time she even looks like she might be getting a diaper rash & at bed time.
