This product combines a latex condom and a spermicidal lubricant. The spermicide Nonoxynol-9 reduces the number of active sperm, thereby decreasing the risk of pregnancy if erection is lost before withdrawal and some semen spills out of the condom. However, the extent of the decreased risk has not been established. This condom should not be used as a substitute for combined use of a vaginal spermicide and a condom.

Great price for an economy pack, without the economy quality. I would recommend a small trial pack if the lady is sensitive to certain lubes since this contains a spermicide.

Ive been using this product for about a year now and it works great. Though I do use it alongside with Conceptrol spermicide. Its great, no loss of sensation for my boyfriend, and we have had no breakage or slips. Though the latex smell is a bit strong, you get use to it.

This product is a very good idea, since sometimes just a condom isn't enough protection. With a spermicide, it's even safer. The only problem I had was that it was too small. They need to make a bigger size.
