I use this product daily. I take one as soon as I get up and if I need more throughout the day I'll take more. This particular brand is more potent to me than Natrol and the more affordable Primaforce. I'd recommend any brand because it is such a good mood stabalizer for me but if you want the best results stock up on this brand. I suffer from anxiety and depression but am unmedicated. I use 5htp instead and it works well enough for me to use daily!
