I have used this product off and on for three years now and I use it when I'm lifting heavy weights. You need to follow the instructions and use the maximum recommended dosage for best results. I'm 47 years old and this product does help in building strength and workout recovery.

Do your research before using NO supplements. The manufacturers say they work miracles, but all of the independent experts will tell you not to waste your money. Real bodybuilders and physiologists belive NO is the biggest scam on the market right now.
