These don't itch but they are irritated easily (friction!). I did not have any relief after 3-4 days so I tried this Tucks pad in combination with 200 mg ibuprofen 2-3 times daily. I've noticed an almost instant decline in pain and hemorrhoid size when using this product. I still have a small lump leftover but it is mostly painless now. The lump will probably be completely gone in another week, but I'm glad that the pain relief came first! Great product; seems to work as advertised. The size of Tucks pads are just fine. I use this product by folding it half, placing it on the hemorrhoid and between the buttocks. I retain the pad for 15 minutes so. This seems to be extremely effective, and I recommend doing this instead of wiping. VS Most Liked Negative Review no These are small sopping wet pads. It's like giving yourself a witch hazel enema. And like other reviewers have mentioned, they are hard to separate. Get these and get punked at the same time. Great. Just what we need in addition to hemorrhoids. Comments about Tucks Medicated Hemorrhoid Cooling Pads, 100 ea: I use these after every bowel movement to keep clean. If you have problems they're great for relief, but they're also great for cleanliness, since they're small, safe, and easily flushable. I guess they don't separate that easily, but I've never thought about it. They're mini wet towelettes, so of course they stick together a bit, but it's no problem separating them whatsoever.

Comments about Tucks Medicated Hemorrhoid Cooling Pads, 100 ea: I used these for two years after prostate cancer surgery to prevent irritation after using the toilet. Then I realized that Tucks pads worked great after using the toilet at scout camp to prevent soreness caused by bacterial growth due to the heat and sweating; after six weeks I sometimes developed a rash. (Desitin for that.)
