These don't itch but they are irritated easily (friction!). I did not have any relief after 3-4 days so I tried this Tucks pad in combination with 200 mg ibuprofen 2-3 times daily. I've noticed an almost instant decline in pain and hemorrhoid size when using this product. I still have a small lump leftover but it is mostly painless now. The lump will probably be completely gone in another week, but I'm glad that the pain relief came first! Great product; seems to work as advertised. The size of Tucks pads are just fine. I use this product by folding it half, placing it on the hemorrhoid and between the buttocks. I retain the pad for 15 minutes so. This seems to be extremely effective, and I recommend doing this instead of wiping. VS Most Liked Negative Review Tuck wipes Works once applied, but wears off after a while. The pads are difficult to separate in the container. Works once applied, but wears off after a while. The pads are difficult to separate in the container. Comments about Tucks Medicated Hemorrhoid Cooling Pads, 100 ea: Beware! If you try to bring Tucks through security at airports Tucks looks like a liquid explosive device to the detectors used to examine your stuff. If you put Tucks in your suitcase they will open your suitcase and open the Tucks container. The last time the security people didn't put the lid on the Tucks container back on securely so when I opened my luggage all my clothes were wet and mixed up with the Tucks pads!! So I put them on my carry-on on my return trip but this made them suspicious that I was carrying a bomb and the security at the Paris airport never saw a Tucks before and they brought out their bomb equipment and German Shepherd dogs to sniff it out. I had to demonstrate what the Tucks were used for by taking one out and pretending to wipe my behind with it. This was quite embarassing since everyone was looking at me in the airport security line. But it was worth it just for the benefit of having Tucks when I travel. I always carry the small size in my bag.

Comments about Tucks Medicated Hemorrhoid Cooling Pads, 100 ea: I am allergic to many over-perfumed personal products. Using Tucks is part of my daily hygenic activity taking the place of any personal female wipes. It does a good job at the original intended use but is great for daily cleanup as well. And Drugstore.com has the best price - I'm big on saving money.

Comments about Tucks Medicated Hemorrhoid Cooling Pads, 100 ea: I use these after every bowel movement to keep clean. If you have problems they're great for relief, but they're also great for cleanliness, since they're small, safe, and easily flushable. I guess they don't separate that easily, but I've never thought about it. They're mini wet towelettes, so of course they stick together a bit, but it's no problem separating them whatsoever.

Comments about Tucks Medicated Hemorrhoid Cooling Pads, 100 ea: These are small sopping wet pads. It's like giving yourself a witch hazel enema. I recommend wringing out the pads before use, unless you like the product running down your wrist. And like other reviewers have mentioned, they are hard to separate. Get these and get punked at the same time. Great. Just what we need in addition to hemorrhoids.

Comments about Tucks Medicated Hemorrhoid Cooling Pads, 100 ea: I used these for two years after prostate cancer surgery to prevent irritation after using the toilet. Then I realized that Tucks pads worked great after using the toilet at scout camp to prevent soreness caused by bacterial growth due to the heat and sweating; after six weeks I sometimes developed a rash. (Desitin for that.)
