My physician recommended Tums as a easy, economical and safe way to add calcium to my diet. I found that regular Tums are hard to chew, but Orange Cream Tums are soft and almost melt in your mouth. I highly recommend them.

This is a great product especially for those who don't use sugar in their diets- I love having the option! I am hypoglycemic and stick to a low carb/no sugar diet. Is definitely as effective as the regular product without the sugar!

When you wake up at night with reflux and you take something to combat the acid, the last thing you want is sugar sittimg on your teeth. These tums work quickly and are sugar free. The best of two worlds.

Sugar free calcium anti-acid tablets are hard to find and these are perfectly satisfactory. I take a couple during the night to prevent heartburn and give me the extra calcium my doctor says I need. They need to be sugar free because sugar would cause tooth decay.

My husband has diabetes so has to avoid high sugar products. It's great that Tums offers a sugar-free alternative. These taste just as good and work just as well as the regular flavors. For mild heartburn and acid reflux, they are great.

This is excellent for keeping plaque from forming on your teeth!! I just let one dissolve in my mouth as I am going to sleep at night, and my dental hygenist was shocked when she saw how plaque-free my teeth were. Do your research first to see if it's right for you.
