The comb works very well but as other reviewers have mentioned, you need to be very careful (and wide awake!) when using. The tines are rather sharp and its easy hurt your eye in the process. The tradeoff of course is that the sharp tines really comb through mascara nicely, removing any trace of clumpiness. The best comb I've found yet.

Excellent lash comb. Compact - so goes everywhere. I'd buy it again.

It does take a little extra care to use since it is quite sharp (no doing your eye makeup on a moving train!) but the effect is worth it.

Def need to thoroughly clean it after every use or it will be clogged next time - the metal tines are really close. But it's worth maintaining such a great tool.

I can't stand clumpy, stuck-together lashes. I don't want to look like Tammy Faye, so I use this right after applying mascara and voila! my lashes look like eyelashes not mascara stalks! I recommend cleaning it after each use, as the mascara will build up and then deposit dried mascara flakes on your lashes and skin.

This lash comb deserves all the 5 star reviews. I actually judge and review mascaras by how well they react to being combed through with this comb. I have had a few of the metal teeth on these fall out, but I secured them back in with a tiny strip of gorilla glue along the base of the teeth.

These have disappeared from most stores and the last time I found one it was almost triple the price it is on this site. You do have to be very careful when using it not to get your eye, but if you take your time and concentrate your lashes really do come out beautiful. You have to make sure to clean it right after use and you do have to be gentle cleaning it or the teeth will snap.

I am so glad to find this item at drugstore.com. I use to buy it at my local drug store but can't find it anywhere anymore.

Most lash combs are bulky plastic combs that are completely useless. These super fine metal strips will go between even the thinnest of lashes, separating each one and removing any clumbs from even the worse mascara.

Anyone skeptical of this product, don't be!! It works. I have never had an accident with it, but I could see how it could happen, and it could be much worse than a plastic dull comb, so use carefully.

I like it, it is a little tricky to use and a tad time consuming but if you're looking to get that natural look, this is the product for you. Use with caution, it is sharp.

Bought one for each of my make-up bags (home, travel, gym, office) and they actually work.Threw out those silly plastic ones that attempted to separate lashes but never really did the trick. Highly recommend. Thanks Tweezerman for making a great product. :)

This is such a great alternative to the plastic mascara combs. It really works well at declumping lashes. Just be aware of the sharpness of the metal.

I use this product daily after my mascara dries. The sharp metal tines are vastly superior to a plastic lash comb. Separates and removes clumps. A superior product. But handle with care-- the tines are really sharp so use slowly so you don't poke your eyes or eyelids!
