I like the callous shaver part. It has been very hard to find one as good as the one I've been using for 20 years but this is it. The only thing is, I didn't care for the rasp part. It doesn't seem to do anything and is a tad tricky to assemble the different pieces.

I never knew this tool existed until I had a "real" pedicure in the Czech Republic. Now I use it regularly on my husband, who develops painfull calluses. It actually shaves off piles of dead skin, but you don't feel a thing. Make sure you order replacement blades, because they do get dull. For best results, use it after soaking feet in water and while feet are still damp/moist. This implement is much more serious than pumice stones or the Diamancel callus shaver.

Callus Shaver: Tool is assembled with Callus Shaver in place. Use on moist skin. Draw Shaver across corn or callus in a shaving motion to remove thin layers of dead skin. Do not shave live skin. Flat Finishing Rasp: After using Shaver, attach flat finishing rasp by holding tool face up, sliding top of razor under lip of rasp with rasp face down. Snap rasp down into place. To remove rasp, push down on metal lever. Curved Rasp: This specially designed rasp is curved to conform to the contours of the foot. To assemble, remove callus shaver and flat rasp from holder being careful not to come in contact with blade. Release by holding top of attached flat rasp with one hand, while, with other hand, pressing buttons on both sides of the holder with thumb and index finger. Pull shaver and flat rasp up and out. Next, snap curved foot rasp into place. Use curved rasp on moist skin to remove calluses and smooth skin.
How to Change Blade:
Lay on flat hard surface.
Hold sides, push handle forward.
Lift.
Insert new blade. Hold sides, press down on handle and pull towards you.
