This is my second order of Calcium Citrate. Since so many are broken when they arrive, I'm not going to get it any more. It was the only chewable Calcium Citrate available. I guess I'll go back to regular Calcium. I also thought they were very expensive considering that I have to take twice as much of the Citrate as I do of the regular Calcium.

Not all change is for the good! Twin Labs reformulation of their Calcium Citrate Chewable wafers is a failure! Taste like chalk! The texture is reminiscent of ground oyster shells!

I have been so pleased with drugstore.com. However, they still show the old pix of this product and it has changed. Not for the better in my opinion. The new chewables break easily and the bottle is also more apt to be broken. My adage is "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". I go through a bottle of pills in 10 days. These are the most economical for the money and I am kind of getting more used to them. Still prefer the old ones much more. They tried to change the formula about a year ago and had lots of complaints then. Hope that happens this time. Again, I am very satisfied with drugstore.com. Just not this product, even though I will order it again for the convenience.

Not impressed with the new formula- yes the bottle is smaller, the chews are smaller , but they don't taste as good.

Calcium citrate is much easier on the intestinal tract...as opposed to calcium carbonate. Most non-chewable calcium tablets are huge and the chewables are easy to use, plus they have a great taste.

My husband now reaches for instead of something unhealthy. The sweet tart taste reminds me of childhood. I love because it is hard to swallow the huge calcium pills DR.s want you to take when in menopause.Wish all my vitamins or meds were so easy to take.

I prefer chewables because I have problems swallowing most of the large calcium supplements. The taste isn't bad; sort of like a chalky fruity candy. I take them to prevent osteoporosis. I give them 3 stars because the packaging is less than satisfactory. I've had 2 broken bottles and one defective bottle in the year that I've been ordering them. This makes me wonder about the product itself. I hope the wafers don't reflect the poor quality of the bottles!

After tiring of gulping huge capsules of calcium citrate, I tried this product-once. I thought it would be soft and chewy. It is brittle and hard to chew and the citrus flavor puckered my mouth most unpleasantly. Will have to try to give it away.
