I bought these for my dog, her coat was a bit dry despite ultra premium dog food. She gets one capsule twice daily (a 10 yr old weimaraner), and has been on them about 2 months. Our pet sitter (who is a vet tech) commented recently on the softness of her coat. I will continue to use because I believe the 3-6-9 has better skin benefits. I tried the capsules for myself but got the fish burps.

I follow the instructions and take 3 per day. I am taking an omega supplement because my doctor recommended it. I chose Twinlab for two reasons: the omegas it contains and the reviews I read on here. The brand name made me feel comfortable.

I have been taking them for about two weeks and everything is great. Because I didn't have specific symptoms I was hoping to relieve with these, I can't really say whether they work or not. I just take them for general health. They do cause fish burps, but not that badly, especially considering the quantity of oil. I took fish oil about 2 years ago and THOSE were fish burps! I wasn't even talking the full dosage. Anyway, I was kind of hoping to have a bit of the burps when I took these because of several reviews of fish oil supplements (not Twinlab) that stated their labels claimed no fish oil burps, then the people discovered, in a visual way, it was because they weren't being dissolved -they went straight through the body.

I recommend these.

i've used these once before and have come back to them even though they are a little costly. the heels and pads of my feet get really dry and cracked, but when i take these EFAs, the dryness disappears and my feet are noticeably smoother and softer.

I have taken supplements for years now, needing them due to a chronic illness and digestive problem. I am very careful about the ingredients and check all my supplements with Consumer's Lab (a site that independently tests for quality). This was one of the well-recommended products from that site and I have used it for quite some time now.
Of course, there is never any telling if a supplement is truly working for you, for sure. But I have noticed that my cholesterol is in better check and I have had good reports on cardiac health as well. This supplement has ALL 3 types of Omegas and I feel it is the most effective because of the combination.
They are rather large and they are oil filled gels, so they can't be cut. So, if you are one who cannot take large pills they may be too much for you. If you CAN take them you will get a complete variety of the Omegas (essential fatty acids) in one shot, which I prefer.
