CoQ10 is an essential cofactor found in our food supply and is also produced in our body to support cellular energy production and healthy cardiovascular function*. Also known as Coenzyme Q10, CoQ10 is an essential cofactor in the product of the cellular energy (ATP). Twinsorb™ CoQ10 softgels now deliver two times as much of the heart's antioxidant CoQ10 than original Twinsorb. It continues to be a highly bioavailable dosage form of C0Q10 which possess significantly higher relative bioavailability than powder filled CoQ10 capsules, tablets and oil based softgels. In a published human clinical trial, healthy adults took equal dosages of either a standard softgel capsule containing CoQ10 suspension in oil, powder-filled hardshell CoQ10 capsules, powder bases CoQ10 tablets, or a highly-solubilized CoQ10 softgel manufactured using the same process as Twinsorb™ CoQ10. Comparatively, the bioavailability of the highly solubilized form of CoQ10 like that used in Twinsorb™ CoQ10 was significantly higher than the levels with other three forms of CoQ10**. The Twinsorb™ softgels are easy to swallow and dissolve quickly in the digestive system.

My roommate swears by this coq10. He won't buy any other kind anymore and he's tried alot of different brands. He said there is something about this brand that he really likes, he can feel the difference when he takes them. We have always liked and trusted the TwinLab brand of vitamins. I usually purchase it on [@]because they were the cheapest but since Drugstore.com had it for close to the same price, I came here to buy it since they have other nice things I can purchase with it!

Have been taking this supplement for about 6 years and swear by it. Increases energy and helps prevent heart problems. COQ10 is the spark plug for the body according to many sources. I take other supplements at times, but the COQ10 is taken EVERY DAY. Have found this brand to be especially potent. After you start using it you will be able to tell when you miss a day taking it -- usually by your energy level. Love it.
