I take medication that has a side effect of mild constipation. Taking 6 of these capsules a day prevents that.

I have been taking these for over a month and my digestion system has felt so much better. I don't take the full recommended dosage, just 2 or 3 capsules a night after dinner and before bed. I have noticed my bathroom habits are much more predictable and consistent now which overall has led to a better sense of health. I highly recommend these!
