It has zero everything and has an ok taste-easy to drink if you drink fast! HAHA I have bought for the second time and will be ordering again soon... I enjoy the light fizzy, citrus taste too. I especially like the fact that there is no crash like with other 'energy' drinks that are full of sugar.  Pros
