I dont think it did anything. I also use X12 from GNC, which I take right before I work out. that one gives the boost. but not this one. so I dont know what this one suppose to do....ill stick to GNC

I wanted to buy the 5x, but didn't because there was only one review. Ths one had many and most were positive. This did nothing at all for me. No energy, no appitite suppressing, nothing. I wasted my money here. I don't see it as being a fat burner either, and I have lost no weight with it. I have exercised with it and followed the slim fast program. I use a treadmill 6 days a week, and take in 1500 calories a day. I am very dissapointed, because Rippled Fuel "used to be" the best on the market. Now I am not sure if I want to try their others. I guess I will find something that will burn fat, like Lipo 6. and, get my refund on these.

I've tried many diet pills, and this is one of the best I've tried. It does not give a jittery feeling (I only took half the recommended dose though, because I only weigh 140 lbs) I'm taking this mainly for energy boost, but it does help curb appetite also. I took one pill in the am and one pill around 1 pm. Remember to drink plenty of water with these. This will help with headaches, as one reviewer posted about.

I already ran three miles every morning before I started taking this, and after reading the other reviews I thought it would give me a boost. I was wrong-- this did nothing for my energy and gave me a terrible headache so that it was actually more difficult for me to exercise like I had been.

I love this stuff. It gives me great energy without making me feel jittery and it gets me through my workout. I feel great when I use it and I can see results. I tried the Ripped Fuel 5X once, the new one that's suppose to be the best one, but it made me feel weird and overheated. It just didn't feel right. I prefer this formula, it's best for my system.

I didn't notice any energy, and after using it for a full month, lost no weight at all. The original was MUCH better. This product is a joke.

I'm usually very sensitive to caffeine and felt RIpped Fuel kick in within about 20 minutes of taking it. I found that working out within two hours of taking it will deifinitely curb that "wired" feeling... definitely gives a major energy boost, curbs appetite a bit, and promotes fat loss. You have to do something with all that excess energy it gives you... or else, what's the point?

This really gives you the buzz to get moving, but you have to exercise (preferably high cardio) to maintain the energy throughout the day. Don't expect it to work on its own.

This works great. I weighed 255 pounds. After 5 weeks of working out, exercising, and using ripped fuel xtreme, I lost 53 pounds. That is 10 pounds a week. It is important to exercise or workout while taking Ripped Fuel, if you want weight loss and definition. I worked out and went running a lot. I could have lost weight without it on my routine, but not 53 pounds in 5 weeks.
