First of all, I do not doubt the beneficial use and potency of these vitamins. My lack of 5 stars is due to flavor. Holy Toledo! I have never tasted anything like it before. In tasting it, what comes to mind (odd, I know) is wet, dirty fur of some animal infused in a vitamin suspension. Gag! My poor son suffers through it and I almost feel bad giving it to him.
Twinlab, taste it for yourself and then please, do something kind about it. If they do something to make the flavor tolerable, I see no reason why this product would receive less than a 5 star rating.

I mix a dropper-full into Baby's first bottle of breastmilk in the morning, and he chugs it down without hesitation. I'm curious as to why there's no iron in this, or whether they make a version with iron, but have no complaints about this product.

Comments about Twinlab Infant Care Multivitamin Drops with DHA, 1.66 fl oz:

This product tastes nasty and the taste doesn't go away after days. My little 6 month old purps and still can smell it after hours. Also she vomits instantly after I give it to her. it seems make her tummy really upset too.
probably I will try it when she is almost 1 year.
However, it smells much better than the Enfamil-polyvisol (really yucky!!!). The ingredients are natural and include DHA so the vitamins are good. My girl's sensitive tummy can't accept it right now.
I still recommend this to a friend cuz might work for your little one or just wait when she eats solid food or a little bit older.

Comments about Twinlab Infant Care Multivitamin Drops with DHA, 1.66 fl oz:

I had given this to my newborn in his formula for awhile. It does have a nasty taste but it's no worse than Enfamil vitamins-now that is terrible. Once my baby got older and away from bottles/more solids I quit using it. He wouldn't accept it anymore, even in his beloved orange juice. We switched to a chewable. Like others have said, I wish it had some iron in it. It probably doesn't though bc newborns/infants are getting their iron from formula/breast milk/iron fortified cereals and expected to get iron from foods after that. I love that it has DHA in it, adding liquid DHA into a bottle is kinda yucky. Specially when it sits on top of the milk. I am pregnant with my 2nd baby and will def give this to the new baby as well.

Comments about Twinlab Infant Care Multivitamin Drops with DHA, 1.66 fl oz:

It was very difficult to get my baby to ingest this liquid vitamin, even mixed with strong flavored baby foods or breastmilk. And it's no wonder why, you have to administer an entire dropper full of absolutely the worst tasting liquid ever. And the after taste does not go away! After tasting it myself I felt bad trying to force my baby to take it.

Comments about Twinlab Infant Care Multivitamin Drops with DHA, 1.66 fl oz:

I've been using this for my daughter since she was about 6 months old (prior to that using a version from our pediatrician- but like this better, since it doesn't have any artificial dyes or flavors) Since I solely breast feed for 6 months then introduced food- now at 13 months my daughter is eating (very discriminate in what she will eat though!) and supplementing with breast feeding- so this vitamin with D in it is really important- plus living in MN provides very little sunshine in the winter! I've never tasted it, but it doesn't smell very good- however, my daughter loves it, she will never pass up her vitamins- odd, but makes giving it to her less of a struggle.

The orange taste is good and my baby loves it. On the other hand, it's a good product for breast feeding baby as it has DHA in addition to the multi-vitamins. My lack of 5 stars is due to the orange color. It is easy to stain baby's clothes.
