I pour a little in a cup of juice and drink it in the mornings. That's the only way I've taken it, and as such, haven't noticed any bad taste which is good. I would recommend this to someone who says they need to take potassium. I think liquid forms of vitamins and minerals is better because you get more of it in your system than you do in pill or capsule form. Comments about Twinlab Liqui-K, 16 fl oz: IT's too soon to tell but I am borderline hypertensive nurse who eats lots of bannas but can't get enough potassium. I put this in crystal light and can taste a slight aftertaste but it beats taking large pills. I think I take more than the prescribe amount since that isn't the recommended daily amount needed. I have changed to a salt substitute and look for low sodium canned goods. [...] Pros

Comments about Twinlab Liqui-K, 16 fl oz: THis stuff is great. My husband used to get horrible leg cramps and was consuming bananas and potatos by the bushel to try and get them to stop. Potassium tablets weren't helpful. I started adding a tsp of this to his coffee every morning, and the cramps completely stopped. Pros

Comments about Twinlab Liqui-K, 16 fl oz: I add 1 tablespoon to my protein shake every morning and my potassium levels are perfect according to my doctor. It's like eating 2 bananas a day or taking some mega sized pills. I've been using it for over 2 years now and I am very satisfied with the liquid potassium. Pros

Comments about Twinlab Liqui-K, 16 fl oz: I am on a medication that depletes my Potassium pretty regularly. I also cannot swallow pills. :) Soooo that left me with Liquid Potassium. I was getting pretty frequent leg cramps until I started adding a few teaspoons of this to my morning Orange juice. This has been a blessing. Does not affect the taste, is very easy to use, and very effective. Has been a wonderful find. Pros
