I take this product everyday to help with flexibility in my knees and it works wonders. I was close to being unable to squat down at all but now I move with ease. I've tried both and I think the sulfate formula is much more effective than the HCL. As a bonus, the sulfate formula pills are smaller and go down a lot easier than the HCL.
