I do not have bad PMS so I cannot comment on that but within 3 days of taking this supplement my constant breast tenderness is GONE. If I run out, within a week I am in pain again. It's effective, I take 2 per day & it also helps make your skin look & feel more supple. I like this because it's hexane free, cold pressed and in a larger pill/dose so I don't have to take 4 or 5 little pills.

I love these softgels!!! After taking them for a month, I've noticed that my PMS symptoms were not nearly as bad. I could barely function before, because I would get some ghastly cramps. However, now they are no longer. Even better, my complexion has a JLo glow to it-I don't think it's ever been this good! I would recommend these softgels to anyone!

I began taking this supplement about two weeks ago after reading an article about Evening Primrose Oil helping to lessen the symptoms of PMS.
I still had my usual PMS problems - but not as severe. However, a big plus has been my skin. My complexion is usually rather pale and dull, but within one week of taking this supplement, my face seems more rosy and awake. I will definitely keep taking it!

The softgels themselves were easy to take, although they were a bit large. I noticed that after taking this supplement for the time specified my skin looked nicer and my nails had grown rather quickly. Was it a coincidence? Perhaps, although there's documentation that supports these results in people who use the primrose oil, so I believe the supplement was responsible. I didn't have any unpleasant side effects at all from these pills. I'd definitely recommend this product to family and friends.

I found the pills to be large, but they were easy to take. The gel-type capsules made them easy to swallow. Unfortunately, I didn't see any other effects, but did find the product easy to take and will be interested in trying it in the future for other uses.

I've used evening primrose oil for awhile and would recommend it for women with pre-menstrual symptoms such as breast tenderness. This was my first time using this brand and it was good. The only problem is that the softgels are pretty large and that could be a problem for some people.

These softgels were a little hard getting used to since they're pretty big, even compared to my vitamins. But if you take them first, they won't seem so big. I seemed to be in a more relaxed mood and not so edgy all of the time. I had to take some food with these, as my stomach became noticeably irritated. Take it after a meal.
