I still wake up in the middle of the night, but am able to go back to sleep more easily. All in all, I get a pretty good night's sleep with this product.
After trying this product, I tried a 3mg time-release melatonin product from another manufacturer. I found almost no difference. If anything, this 2-mg time-release melatonin seemed to work slightly better than the 3-mg one. So I'm going back to this.

I found this product to be very useful for night time hot flashes, I first tried the 3mg and was still waking up. The 2mg extended release keeps me asleep at least 6-76 hours.
