I used this product for a few weeks and then, doing more extensive research on the 'net decided that there were too many references to possible liver damage from using Niacin in high dosages. I am not willing to get my liver function tested regularly simply because I am using a (possibly unnecessary) supplement..

I feel that this caution should be included with the description of this product.

Other Niacin products have cause me to not flush but burn up from the inside out. I was skeptical with this product, but it truly has no flush and works. If you have had problems with flush or heat flash, give it a try.

Once I discovered I had high cholesterol, this is the first Niacin product I tried. I won't be switching brands as this proved effective and easily tolerable.

This product is absolutely fabulous! I was taking the regular Niacin that my doctor had prescribed and I couldn't handle the horrible flush that it produced. I found these and started taking them and I am very pleased with them. I'm sticking to these from now on. -Iris of New York

If you need to take a substantial amount of Niacin for a condition such as low HDLs, this product is very tolerable. I take 4-5 capsules per day with no flushing. Nice!

This is the only Niacin product I've found which does not cause flushing with daily use.
