I have no problems with this product. I am glad that TwinLab makes many supplements in easy to digest capsules, for those of us who need them. I also take their Magnesium (because it is a much lower percentage of your daily value than most) and their Calcium Citrate (the Citrate form is much easier to absorb). They really seem to know more about digestion and absorption than some of the other supplement companies out there.

I'm older middle-aged & average an hour a day at gym.
Even though my daily multivitamin has potassium, without a little supplement I get leg cramps easily with chronic achiness in calf muscles, and they don't want to stretch out either.
1 supplement a day of any brand (3% RDA) Potassium helps me a lot.
Purchased this brand because of good price, but they seem to care to supply a good product. I'd use this brand, but previous potassium from drug store was just as effective.
