I do like it. However one downside is this multiple does not contain potassium, for whatever unknownd reason, and if you are pregnant you need potassium to avoid leg cramps. I was getting terrible charley horse leg cramps in the night which are not uncommon with pregnancy, so I had to buy a separate additional potassium supplement. Potassium is also good for the heart and to stabilize blood sugar. I just don't know why it's not included in this multiple. VS Most Liked Negative Review Nausea (and I'm not even pregnant!) These make me extremely nauseated. I normally have a stomach of iron and if I don't take only one of these with the exact right kind of food, right after a huge meal, I vomit. In fact, I've gotten so sick from these so many times I actually thought I was having morning sickness! Turns out I can only take one of these, at night, with a snack and with two fish oil capsules. I still get slightly nauseated though. I think I'll look into other prenatals - the vomiting is not worth it and renders them ineffective. Best Uses Comments about Twinlab Pre-Natal Care, Multi Vitamin Capsules, 120 ea: Looked around and tried different Prenatals and this is by far the best I have ever taken. We are TTC so these don't upset the stomach, no bad taste. Makes my nails grow long. I occasionally get one stuck but thats if I didn't drink enough water with it. Comments about Twinlab Pre-Natal Care, Multi Vitamin Capsules, 120 ea: I started using this after a girlfriend of mine (who is trying to get pregnant) mentioned how her hair and nails have improved since taking it. I decided I wanted to take them as well, even though there are no babies in my future. My hair has sheen, my nails are stronger, and the vitamins you get are amazing. Comments about Twinlab Pre-Natal Care, Multi Vitamin Capsules, 120 ea: Like that you take this twice a day with meals (you must eat with it or it will upset your stomach). I also like that it has (according to my ob-gyn) the right amount of folic acid for a pregnant (or trying to become pregnant) woman in a non-prescription pre-natal vitamin. I did just notice it has soy lecithin in it, which I don't love (I'm not sure of the safety of taking soy lecithin twice daily. I know processed soy is not the best thing for women but I need to research and perhaps you should too!) I'm also not sure whether other similar pre-natal vitamins also contain soy lecithin. But I'm still taking it until I do research. [...] Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? Comments about Twinlab Pre-Natal Care, Multi Vitamin Capsules, 120 ea: Love these vitamins. Wanted a prenatal by a more natural company with the basic prenatal vitamin necessities and without too many additional "odd" herbs or anything that isn't 100% safe when you're expecting. These have been the first one I've tried and been so pleased that this is the only one I've been getting Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? Comments about Twinlab Pre-Natal Care, Multi Vitamin Capsules, 120 ea: These are a little on the large side, but actually easy to swallow. No bad taste and I have never gotten sick. I take them at night before bed after I eat. They have all of the recommended levels that my doc suggested which was hard to find in other vitamins. HIGHLY recommend. I just started taking them so I haven't seen any changes in hair and nails like others have stated, but I have only had them for about aweek.
