I have used this product for years. Started for allergy symptoms 2tabs twice daily just before they start. BUT IT ALSO BUILDS IMMUNITY and I haveless problems with allergies now and improved immunity! Now I use as needed.

Does what it's supposed to do. I hate swallowing drugs whole. Just wish they had a chewable version. Otherwise what I'd like to do is pop the capsules open and mix it with warm water. Then drink it down.

Quercetin plus C helps me to stay more alert. I am not so sleepy when working at my desk. Then I noticed that I did not have the aching in my wrists and joints that I had previously. My allergy symptoms diminished and my breathing improved. Overall I just feel better and have much better resistance to colds and flu. I am considering buying extra to share with friends.
