Don't have the best diet, I feel these help for energy and don't think older people assimilate B vitamins very well. Especially B-12. I recommend this product often. Comments about Twinlab Stress B-Complex Caps, 250 capsules: I used this brand before, but when I ran out , I picked up a different brand at a big box store. As I am at an age when energy does not last as long as it should ,I could not figure out why I was more tired than usual. It took me a week or so, before I decided to check out ingredients on the new B-complex I was taking with this brand, Well, whoops, it did not have the same mgs. of certain ingredients as the other. To make a long story short, my regular energy is back to normal. I never would have thought it would make that much of a difference, but it does.
